My Kioti CK2810 HST with FEL has 430 hrs and its now 25 months old. I've had it from new. No problems that aren't operator related. For example I have just had to replace the chains on the lower PTO arms. It seems I have been over-tightening them.
When it's out of action, for service say, be it only a day I'm lost! I've found that getting to 70 means that 1 kg weighs about 4 Kg so that FEL is invaluable.
I've also got a 2010 JCB 8014 excavator (or mini-pelle as the French call 'em here) which is a nice little machine I bought second hand 2 years ago with 1032 hrs on the clock. It's now got to 1270 hrs so it's seen some work too - again, I find using a pick and shovel good to avoid these days. Just wish I had looked into it a bit more before buying the JCB because a 3 or 4 ton Kubuta would have been better. I find the JCB's track width and length too small when working on slopes or on rough ground. Problem is convincing the Commander-in-Chief I need a new one. She would notice if I slipped a new one in.
