How Long to Remove Excavator off Back fo 23S?

First time BH92 off MX5200. No manual. Had watched video on boom position to relieve pressure on upper pins. Only slightly tricky part. By far easiest to remove of any one I’ve done

I'm getting to know my new BX23S and having purchased a box blade I had motive and opportunity today to remove my backhoe for the first time. (I then installed the 3 point hitch kit and mounted the box blade.) I'm amazed how quickly the hoe came off. I was driving away from it in under 5 minutes.
Total time for full swap to box blade was under 30 minutes with first assembly of hitch kit and blade setup.
Should be able to swap back and forth in 15 min or less with practice.
