How long is to long?

Hey guys how long would be to long in waiting for a dealer to do a 200hr service? I paid over $500 for a 200hr service on a rx6010 September 18th and it's still not done. I could have done or myself by now but figured its under warranty I better let the dealer give it a once over. I love the machine but starting to distrust my dealer. Thanks in advance guys.

Go pick the tractor up and do the service yourself.
Tell the dealer you want a full refund. Then find a competent dealer. Your current dealer sucks.

I agree 100%. I would also write a letter to Corporate and call Corporate.

You bought from Upper Valley, in Enfield, NH, yes? And you were happy with them when you bought it, yes? And if it has taken since September 18th to do a 200 hour service that you PREpaid your dealer for; so how come we are just hearing about this now?

Yup it was UVT, and I work out of state I have no problems w upper valley just getting frustrated. Why in gods green earth would I call corporate it's a simple question, have people had a 2 month service call outstanding. The tractor is 100% fine nothing to involve Kioti corporate they were great during the initial transition and I have had good luck with the new ownership up till this point.
