Hoses on my garage-kept B2400 started springing pinhole leaks at about 18 years. I replaced the first two as they failed. The local dealer has never had what I needed in stock, so had to order and make a return trip to pick up the hose a week later.
A year or so later, another leaky hose. I tried ordering online from another dealer, took several tries to get the right hose (package labels did not match the contents). Tractor was down about three weeks.
Next leaking hose, I was tired of messing around and decided to replace all the remaining original hoses. Tried the local dealer again as I wanted to see that the parts were correct. Dealer said six weeks to order due to pandemic supply issues. I found a Parker distributor nearby, took the old hoses to the store, and they made new hoses in about twenty minutes while I waited. They fit perfectly, the cost was a little less than Kubota prices, and the tractor was back in use the same day.
