At a glance, it looks like they are offering you approximately 10% off list price. As a rule of thumb, I always look for close to 15% off list price whenever possible which means you might be able to get an additional $1500 off if you try hard enough. Of course there are no guarantees but it never hurts to try.

More that the tractor itself is a good machine. Don't hear many complaints about them.

Better yet; if you'd settle for 15%... (not real sure I would; but) offer $24,800 and wrangle from there towards 15%.

Easier to work downhill than uphill...
