Bill, Rodney and staff, (mostly family), great people to deal with,. Purchased my tractor from them about 4 yrs ago. Any concerns i had they were right there for me.. And still are. Buy it...

I bought my TC-24D from the Murphys 3 years ago. A lot has been said here at TBN about the importance of getting a good dealer. You can't beat H&M for a decent deal and backing their products. Not only the NH line, but if you ever need to rent heavy equipment or pick up a generator, they have it all. They have been there a long time.

Hey, You guys are in my neck of the woods. I pass this dealership all the time. I was basically sold on a Kubota B-7800 from Evans Equipment in Remsen, but maybe I should take a look at New Holland.
What are the selling features of NH vs. Kubota?
Where are the NH tractors and their diesels made?
I'm interested in about 30 h.p., 4WD, Hydro trans, with FEL, and brush hog.......

Little New Holland history for ya.
New Holland started with a corn mill in Pennsylvania built in 1895. The company expanded into farm implments and found success with automatic hay balers. The firm was acquired by Ford in 1985, and the Ford-New Holland name began to appear on tractors. In 1990, Ford sold a majority interest in its farm machinery operations to FIAT, with the agreement that the Ford name be dropped in ten years. Many tractors began to be released under two names, New Holland in traditional Ford markets, and FIAT in their traditional markets. In 1999, CaseIH and FIAT/New Holland merged to form CNH Global, which continutes to built tractors under the New Holland brand.
The motors are made by Shibaura in Japan.
Shibaura was founded in 1950 as a joint venture between Toshiba and Ishikawajima Harima Industries (IHI). The company started with the manufacture of engines and garden tractors, and began building compact tractors in 1961. Shibaura built several models of compact tractors for Ford-New Holland.
