Loader how in the heck do you get the loader off

I just bought a x10.50h, and I cannot find any easy way to get the tension off the two pins. Does anyone have any tips, tricks, or videos on how to do it?

Ofcourse, the owners manual for the loader is kind of a joke though

get your legs on the loader out and pinned in place. then curl the bucket up. the weight of the bucket takes the weight off the pins.
