How Hot is OK

How hot should the case be on a Jinma 284. I was working with the tractor 95 degree day and the heat coming off the tractor and hydraulic lines was incredible. The gauges said it was running in the acceptable range.

Is this normal? The tractor has 30 hours.

Define case please.

And it's normal for the rigid hydraulic lines to be hot. Since it's not equipped with hydraulic oil cooler, those exposed lines double as heat exchangers too
