Grading How heavy a rear blade on a 2520?

   / How heavy a rear blade on a 2520? #11
Don't laugh... :)

I have a Frontier 72" rear blade that I've run on my 2305 (I now use it on my 3720 also) and for most situations it works fine. I've used it for snow removal and for grading packed dirt (A short dirt road). If I angle it steep (2nd hole to the right or left) (mostly when in the dirt) it will push the 2305 sideways a bit but I can account for it. For Snow it worked great for light accumulations going forward on the 2305 (I had a blower for heavy stuff). I also have used it in reverse for snow and that worked pretty well also but I got tired of going backwards.

So from the sounds of things most people are on what I would think of as the 'lighter' side for blades. Nothing over 500 lbs, no hydraulics.
