I second that. Most of my interactions have been very professional, and only one was not. And if that Patrolman had gotten more out of hand, a Sheriff's deputy pulling up would have been a welcome sight.
Good LEOs should not have to explain, nor feel bad about a bad LEO. Many still do, but I wish they could be spared that feeling. They need to be cheered by their own good behavior and their own professionalism, and realize we don't believe for a minute that they are all the same.
