How easy to remove a 1216 backhoe?

I'm eyeballing a 1428v .. but would need to switch out the BH with a mower. Is this a one-man job? Thanks.

Did you ever buy the 1428? I have one with a 1216 BH and a 1464 FEL. Love it and have had really no major problems except dealing with AGCO......
