How easy is it to adjust the hydro petal on a TC21D?

My TC21D has been inching slightly forward when the hydro petal is level. How hard is it to fix this problem? I just had a dealer service the tractor but forgot to mention this problem to them. Any help would be great appreciated.

Would it be the case that the pedal is sticking but looks level? Since it can be greased I imagine it could also stick if a bit dry. Just a thought...
