How does the JD 4110 hold up?

Hi, I'm looking at a 2nd hand JD 4110 , gear drive, with 100 hrs on it. I was wondering what kind of experinece as far as durabliity goesthat people have had with it and is still made. Also was it made in Georga or Japan. I know it has a Yanmar engine. I will enventually put a hoe on the back.It's go a loader and a big rear mount snow blower. Thanks, Rusty

My 4010 has 240 hours on it with no problems at all. It's virtually the same as the 4110, just minus 2 hp and a separate hydraulic pump for the power steering. The underseat switch for running the PTO with the seat up works on the 4110 and not on the 4010 (weird).

My 4010 is hydro. Doubt you'll have an significant clutch wear at 100 hours. The previous owner would have had to try pulling mucho stumps out of the ground to put much wear on it.

The 4100,4110,4115 are a great series amde by Yanmar for Deere in osaka. Trouble free and well made. I had a 4100 gear (same as the 4110) I like it a lot, strong little machine. Traded it for a 2520
