What a very cool idea and so generous! Hope you have a fantastic day and in honor of the event I am going to clean my shop and do two wonderful thick home grown ribeyes tonight over hardwood and some nice pear wood.

Dave - You are like me and wish we were there...but I think I can hear the laughter and smell the steak cooking all the way here in Georgia...I sure hope they all have a great time as well and Cyril is a prince of a guy for sure...:thumbsup:

Couldn't be there but thought Smoking a pig today would help me get over it.

That reminded me of something you gotta watch out for around here.Big buzzards or loose dogs coming around if you just take your eyes off your outside grill for a couple minutes and take off with your meat, believe it or not.Does'nt happen much but you hear storys about it once in a while.
