How do I remove seized fuel injector on a John Deere 790 compact tractor with a Yanmar 3TNE82A-EJK engine?

The tractor is stalling out after running between 20-90 seconds and I have diesel in the engine oil. I was going to remove the injectors as I troubleshoot the cause. However they seem seized up. I removed the high and low pressure fuel lines as well as the two bolts on each side of the fuel injector. I thought the fuel injector should slide out then. Is there something else I need to do in order to remove the injector?

I changed the fuel filter. It was very dirty with what appeared to be a rust like sediment. I drained and replaced the engine oil and filter. Now I want to check out the injectors but can not get them out. I did not want to torque or bang them up to much attempting to get them out until I made sure I had disconnected everything as I should to prepare them for coming out. Do they screw out or is there something else keeping them in place that I need to remove?

The service tech manual that I have includes the 790, so looked up injectors.

Probably will take a slide hammer to get those out. Hoye sells one that probably is the one you want.

The pump is the more likely culprit, may want to think about looking there before you open another can of worms.
