What size tire is it? Were you able to break the beads and now trying to remove the tire from the rim?

I don't have a CC but I've been around the tire industry for awhile, and it should be a single piece wheel. Not sure about the shaft weld, but you may want to change the tire out and leave the wheel attached while doing the change out. If you're having trouble breaking the bead, Northern Tool has a bead breaker, the Little Buddy or something that I like for working on ATV and mower tires. The other thing you'll need is an air tank for getting the new tire beads to seat and take air.

yeah I can get the tire off was hoping to take it to the shop on the rim. but I can do it all by hand the old fashioned way. sigh.... the front wheels went to the tire shop since they are so small getting it on or off the wheel pretty much is impossible by hand.

Is that really a 1302 or is it a 1320?
Here's a picture of the 1320 rear wheel, it looks like it should just pull off after removing the cap and bolt.
It might be frozen to the hub, a couple of sharp blows to the wheel should free it?
Good Luck

yeah that's it, it had a little rust, and I just did not want to bang the crap put of it and risk bending something. Got it off after a buttload of oil and killing my rubber mallet. new tires today then I can see if it runs or if I need to bring it to the shop
