Should I change my fuel filter myself or take it to the dealer? If an average guy can change it, how do I do it?
Thanks in advance, Mike in Missouri
Actually, The problem is it will run fine for awhile and then looses power and dies. It will set for a few days and will start again, run for awhile and die again. Just thinking problem is in the fuel line somewhere

I am not particularly mechanical but I have changed the fuel filter on my ford 1920 and TC 45. Here's my suggestions:

Have everything all laid out tools, parts, etc and do it quickly; otherwise you'llhave to bleed your fuel lines
