How clueless can a dealer be?

So I'm perusing CL ads in northern Ms and come across this:
Kubota Tractor LA680 (GST) - $14800 (Muscle Shoals)


On the face of it tractor looks nice but fairly expensive. BUT WHAT MODEL IS THE TRACTOR?? Is it a L3600? L4200?

Doesn't he know the difference between the label on the loader and the tractor?

Is he going to just sell the loader and throw in the tractor??

He looks like someone who doesn't want to pay a commercial fee - but just the normal CL process.

Sometimes it's JUST a job! No interest in the product. Sometimes I.T. people don't have a clue about product either. I spoke with a U-Haul National Call Center rep today and it was quite clear she knew very little about trailers. She was searching the screen for the information I was asking for, but had no idea what it meant.

As time goes by, such things surprise me less and less. What bothers me more is the usual obnoxious proclamations in advertising and on hold, about their "EXPERTS".

So much B.S.!
