How agriculture works thread

The reason I joined the tractor forums was to see topics related to agriculture, instead of seeing retirees riding around their houses with toy tractors, it was really a disappointment for me.
I am glad finally I found a topic about agriculture in a "tractor" forum.
and by the way, please stop using different nick names in different tractor forums, it feels so weird when I realize it.

Nice to have you here with us Chagit. I'm from the AG industry and most of my siblings do that today. I started this thread to try describe to the people here, how the agriculture industry works.

Here is silage being cut for a dairy in central Illinois. They are averaging of 490 tons cut per hour.

Here is harvesting wheat in Sully county SD where my sis lives. This country has 6 farms and pretty much the whole county is farmed.

Moving back ? I will never live in US. I see it as an injustice to the native people whose lands have been usurped by Europeans.

Look at your own country, fix whats broken there and get back to us.
