G'day don't worry it is not just you guys over there we have our own share of complicated designs over here as well. Just to stir up a hornets nest :wink: most of the problem are caused by our university educated engineers that have no real life experience and won't be told that they are wrong 'cause "I learnt it out of a book and it must be right". It does not seem to matter if you have been working on these thing for 50 years ( not me but my boss ) and have seen alot good ideas come and go they just won't listen.

Jon, that sounds like every job I've been on - I think our engineering colleges must have mandatory classes in "ego stroking" in their curriculum for all four years :=) Steve
