I have just purchased a L3430 with a quick attach 723 loader. This bucket has 2 Ribs on its back running vertically and I was wondering if the rib would be a good place to weld my chain hooks?

My dealer welded the hook on my 2200 to a steel plate that is then welded to the top of the bucket. Based on this style you could weld to the rib or to the bucket itself if you use a steel plate.
Just a thought
