Honda 3813 running issues

Just resurrected my Honda 3813 after about six years in the shed. Had to replace the starter, drain the little remaining gas, removed and cleaned the carb. Turns over, starts, immediately stalls. Bought a repop carb, replaced the old one with the repop-same story turns over, starts and immediately stalls. Ideas, suggestions welcomed

Fuel pump?

Fuel pump relay?

Fuel filter?

Clogged/pinched fuel line?

The ideas posted above are good ones. Are you sitting on the seat when starting it? Try that. If it starts it would be the pto kill switch gone bad.
