Holes near top of ROP..

.. on the upper side bars (fixed) on my 1070 - with rubber inserts?!

Do you know what theses are there for? I want to mount a lightbar over the top of my head and these looked like they might be for 5/16's or 14/20 screws.. but not?

Looks like they are used to mount the canopy. Bolt is M12x30
