Hola to all members of TBN,
I'm newby since a year, already reading TBN Forum each day.
I introduce myself, I'm Frank (from France) and I'm living in Costa Rica since 13 years.
I'm electromechanical but now i enjoy life working with my spouse in a Bed and Breakfast we own in Orosi, Chalet Orosi.
I live in the Orosi valley near Cartago and own a piece (35 acres) of primary forest near the Tapanti National Park.
We have a lot of projects there, i build a chalet for week ends and to rent it to friends.
The target is to live definitively in the mountain in a few years.
Thats why i own a Kubota L3250 with LA400 FEL and a chinese LW6 BH, it's an old tractor, more than 6500 hours, but very useful for my jobs.
My land is very, very sloopy, mainly 30 or more %, working there is an all day challenge and security is my main concern. I made an integral ROP but its not installed on the picture.
My other toys are a Mercedes G 1986 modified with a turbo diesel OM617 engine and a Honda Fourtrax 350 2001, very useful to go in the mountains.
I loved to have a bulldozer like a Cat D3 but i'll need to wait about 10 or 15 more Christmas to enjoy it !
Thanks to all members for this very interesting site, i'll try to contribute or to tell a little bit more about my projects.
