Hoe 4 1260

Looking for a backhoe for my 1260. I understand that I will need a sub frame. Will that come off when trading implements? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I do like the ground clearence. Dealer wants $7200 installed @ my place. Is that a good deal? Other stuff inclued FEL, 6' box grader,4' tiller,72" finish mower.

As I understand the price you have been quoted for a backhoe installed at you place is about the going rate .... Is it a massey BH or is it another manufacturer? That price is what I was quoted for a massey BH on my 1433 so I would think its about the same as mine frame wise ... of course I've been wrong before... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

When you take the backhoe off, the subframe will come off with it. It is a qucik attach system (if it's a MF backhoe).

If you have a MF loader the front mount for the backhoe will already be there. The sub-frames front attachment holes are on the bottom of the loader mount. The rear mount is an attachment that bolts below the rear axle, one on each side. Which hoe are you looking at?

Thanks for the info, I beleive that I will purchase a woods 750
It seems to be the middle of the road. The 9' has a strong break out, $1500.00 more. Hard to justify to play in the yard.
