Have friend with a bx2200 and a Woods brand loader. When he takes the loader off the rear hitch won't raise or lower. With the loader attached it works normal. Any ideas or pics of how the hoses should be connected would be appreciated. The loader valve comes off with the loader.

If the loader valve has three hoses(not counting the four to the loader cylinders), I suspect when the valve is uncoupled, the pressure line is being connected to the sump return instead of the lift supply. Find the supply line from the lift, follow it forward and see if you have an oil supply attached.

I think Harry is right. I looked at the parts for the loader and the loader came with 3 or 4 different valves. One of them it looks like you have to hook the pressure line to the PB hose. I would think the Q coupler should have the right couples so you can't get them wrong. Look them over real good.
