Hitch Carrier

I am considering having something like this carrier rack that belongs to a friend of mine built for myself. The prices I am being quoted for this are all over the place.

What would you guys think is fair to have somehting like this built.

If anyone on here is in Indiana and wants to tackle this project, let me know.

I just checked Etrailer and they have some that are big enough. I guess they just look very weak compared to a homemade one.
