hinomoto N209D 4x4

i have a hinomoto N209D tractor that i need some stuff for.

first: where can i locate and obtain a parts manual for this tractor?
second: is there anywhere that i can get parts for this tractor? the power steering pump that is mounted below the steering wheel leaks nearly as fast as i pour in the power steering fluid. the inner plastic or teflon seals were replaced with some o-rings. BUT, the compression rings/washers/seals leak; that is, where the bolts go through the lower plate to bolt it all together, some of those compression rings leak. i have spent many and many more hours on the internet trying to locate parts to make various repairs, and tried to locate some manuals for it. does anyone have advice for me.

i would greatly appreciate any help that anybody could/would render me.
