My Hinomoto C174 brake shaft seals are leaking, letting enter oil into the the drum, by reducing the brake force dramatically. I haven't found any detailed description about this solution, how it looks like, what type of seals are needed. Is anybody has experience in this brake system? What type of seal I need, and repair instruction would be grateful as well. Thank in advance.
