I had never seen a hillside tractor like this and thought it would be of interest given all the discussions on roll overs.

I'm curious about how the differential is set up as the wheels appear to be parallel, then how it adjusts for different slope angles -maybe some kind of swing arm or portal type axles? The triangular bit in the back appears to be a hitch but has some kind of linkage on both sides that looks like it connects to the axle. That's really neat! Thanks for sharing! Do you happen to know what the make and model is?

There is more info on this link but it's Russian, since it was Russian concept. You may need translator if you want to dig deeper. The pictures are cool though and looks like there was a concept for the same system for a PTO powered dump trailer.
There is also a picture of the front of the tractor that Npalen showed. The front axle also has the same linkage to keep the wheels vertical.

Page 14 shows the hillside mechanism, page 22 a method to equalize dual wheel ground contact, page 83 a method to prevent gear shift change until clutch is depressed and page 92 is the steering clutch mechanism such as used on crawler tractors. Bedtime reading for us gearheads!

You can copy the text into Google Translate, which generally gives pretty good results. Here's what it does with the part on pg 12 that describes how the wheels work:

Curious if they use a pendulum like side hill combines for maintaining level while on a slope.

Item 12 appears to be the actuation cylinder with arms 10 and 11 keeping the driven axle constrained.
