I was doing a search on buying a Deuce and a Half, and I was led here. So I figured maybe a Deuce ain't what I need.

I'm in Colorado, high in the mountains, looking at buying some property. Unsure where really, just looking. But I want some acres to work though.

I finally bought myself a place, except it's in Utah. And no acreage, just a bit over a 1/4 acre. But at least I have a small tractor to help me manage it! :thumbsup:

Maybe a small tractor is all you will need.

Nah, way too big. I think the JD 111 is going to be a perfect match for my place. Considering I have a stretch that's I'll be working, to get the ground so it'll handle crops, and it's about 30' wide (I think) by about 105' long. Relatively small (considering I was raised on a small farm, that's really a tiny piece).
And I'll need the tractor, considering I have several physical impairments.
