An 81-year-old hunter was killed in Wayne County when a propane heater in is tree stand exploded Saturday.

A tree stand with a propane heater is a cabin. Unless it had a Loo too, then it's a cottage.

I've seen that for coyote hunting, the guys will sit in a little cabin with the heat going, watching a bait pile. When you're 81 years old it must be harder to get up and crawl around in the snow chasing a deer.

Wow makes one wonder what kind of / brand etc heater that was ? I have a Mr. Heater Portable Buddy Propane Heater that I have used in hunting tree "houses" . Also makes one wonder if he accidently fired a round into the propane tank .
