is the bucket usefull with a PTO blower? I cant decide if i should get a front mount blower or the rear mount. I will be clearing very steep drives in California.

For the kind and amount of snow that we get here I would not want to be without both the fel and the blower. Most every time I have to clear snow I use both. If a shear pin goes in the blower I can pretty well seamlessly switch to fel operation. For the most part I can do the job with either one but on occasion I would have a hard time moving the snow out of the way with just the bucket - but it can be done. On a typical, non critical, snow clearing event I switch between the blower and the bucket... mostly for the fun of it.

The rear mount blower will cost you much less money than a front mount snow blower.
You should plan on getting the rear tires loaded with straight windshield washer fluid for ballast as it will not rust the rims out and you should not require snow and ice chains BUT investing in a pair of 2 link ladder chains will be a good investment and insurance when you have a lot of ice to deal with.
The loader will only help you as you will be able to clear out areas where the snow blower cannot be used safely to clear snow. You should have a quick attach bucket and QA plate for the loader so that you can remove the bucket to reduce the length of the tractor when you are maneuvering in a close in area.
