Herbicide spraying

   / Herbicide spraying #11
Back many moons ago we use to figure 20 gallons per acre. We had 400 gallon tanks on the back of our pickups and we would do 20 acreas at a time. I think we ran about 35lbs of pressure to develope that. But the nozzles all are different today and I know there is a manual for every manufacture of spray tips that give you what your speed should be in relation to pressure. Best thing would be to go to a company that deals with spray tips. Talk to them and then look at a sprayer. You might pay a bit more from them but you will get good knowledgeble information.
