Here's some rear 3 point pics. I took these yesterday afternoon. I should have been hogging and decided not have the fel on so I could clean up some tighter areas.
It was working as planed until I peed off the yellow jackets somehow. I beg to differ on the top speed of this thing. I believe it reached sixty two mph uphill in this configuration.
After some medical teatment for the 5 good stings and my mood altered for the afternoon, I took some pics.

When I bought the tractor 2 months ago I purchase and had them deliver with it another adjustable lift link. So if you study the pic you may be able to see my mods.
!. Both adjustable lift links.
2. b sway bar instead of bx sway chains.
3. heavy duty cat. 1 upper link shortened 3/4 in. off each end.
4. turned the bush hog lift pins inward. (slightly easier to attach)
5. heavy duty lynch pins (only in sizes I could find. They are black in color)
6.Lynch pins installed in the clevis pins. (I drilled the top lift arm clevis pins to replace the cotter pins with lynch pins for faster removal of the 3 point set up)

I've been thinking about switching the sway chains on mine for B sway bars for about 2 years. Just broke my 4th chain. Did you have to make any mods to the bars for them to fit?

There are a lot of posts on the stabilizer bar mods on the site if you do a search, although I don't have much luck with searching the site. Here are a couple of pics that maybe you can use, I think you'll find that it is one of the best mods you can make. The first one shows the end of the tube that needs to be slotted to fit over the rear attach point.

Thanks for taking the time to post those photos!

I am still up in the air about buying a rotary cutter for the BX since I already have one for the B2910....but the bx just feels so much more stable on cross slopes, I think I will buy one.

I see KK offers a 40 inch rotary cutter...maybe that would be the ticket for me...seeing I have a larger one for the larger tractor. Heck, I only have 2 acres that it would be used on. The rest is grass or short weeds... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
