Helping Neighbor lady with brakes, Need Schematic

As i explained in my other post about brakes i am helping out the older neighbor lady with her tractor brakes. the left side is totally useless. It feels like there is plenty of pedal just zero brakes. No matter what kind of adjustment you put on them there is nothing. i have searched the net a bit but i can't seem to find any schematics on the brakes of a Ford 1920. If anyone could hepl me out I would appreciate it...

Follow the link and click on "Search for Parts" Type 1920 in the model search, then choose "1920 4-cyl tractor" from the list. The brakes part diagram are in the rear axle section.
