I have been reading on this post for too long and i am no closer to knowing what fluids to use for my MF2310 Sub compact. I am at 50 hrs what is the best for light use mostly mowing and loader work. Help me out what s the best way to go.

I will recommend a factory manual for your specific unit and you will be set

It's hard to beat Mrjimi's advice.

A manual for your machine will show you what the manufacturer reccomends for your crankcase and hyds.

No doubt, for the crankcase it will list a 15w40 diesel oil or perhaps another weight depending on climate, and some sort of OEM UTF for the drivetrain... those are generic shots in the dark for general diesel ag applications.. however.. not meant as a sugestion..

Homer with 50 hours on your unit you probably have the manual don't you? Were you thinking of the generic or substitute fluids like Amsoil?
