Help!!!! Yanmar 1601D Injection pump not pumping from one cylinder!

This is a video of the tractor running off just two cylinders. If I get it running right I will post an after video as well.

Just loosen a line AT the injectors one at a time while it's running to see which cylinder its skipping on.
Just like pulling a spark plug wire, the dead cyl. wont make a sound difference.. & you can concentrate your efforts ON THAT cyl..

thepumpguysc I have cleaned again and reassembled with the helixes turned opposite of the control rack. Also referred to some screenshots of the manual when putting back together.

Did not realize it the first time that there are timing marks that have to be lined up on the control rack to the control sleeve.

We have had hard rains today so will try to install tomorrow and give you guys an update on how it turns out.

STOP>>>I watched the video.. you f'ed up.. the 2 clamps you removed from the back of the pump are the equal delivery cams..
The ones w/ the pins.. #1 is fixed in a certain position & you move the other 2 to match it, ON THE TEST STAND!!!
IF you hadn't removed them, you would have been F I N E..
MORE THAN LIKELY, your going to shear the pins off when you put the barrels in.. then your f'ed..
Just cut your losses.. send me the pump IN PIECES along w/ the new parts you have & I'll assemble it.. just pay shipping.. about 20.00 each way.
IF you decide to put it together.. the price goes WAY WAY up..
