Help with Stihl Farm Boss Idle

I have a Stihl Farm Boss and would like to tone the idle down as it spins the chain to fast. I usually hit the brake but it is always not convenient. How do I accomplish this task ?

manual says to set the low speed screw one full turn open ? left or right ?

then the idle speed counter clockwise until the chain stops running then turn the screw another 1/4 same direction.

Just as a side thought I'd recommend that if it's been some time since the air cleaner has been cleaned that you do so. While you have that apart check the area around the carb and make sure there isn't a build-up of wood chips in there affecting the idle linkage. This all would assume there some time on the saw.
