Rear Finish Mower Help with ID on finish mower

Picked up an old finish mower. 5'. Deck is solid, but hubs/spindles are shot. Hinged flaps on sides/rear. 3 spindles and 2 pulleys. Managed to get all rusted parts off with grinder/torch. Gearbox seems solid.

Should have run a string through everything to get belt length - but didn't. May not matter if I don't get oem parts. . .

Anyone have an idea what this is? Or better yet, where I can find a 3 bolt spindle (5.25 center to center on holes)

Mower blades have 1-3/8 center hole which seems very uncommon. . .

I just did an image search, but nothing showed up with that unique deck construction.
