I have a T50 266 tiller that I picked up not long ago and it works great. In the owners manual under lubrication it says be sure to grease the driveline and driveline cross. What in the world is the drive line cross? Odd but there are no drawings/diagrams that point this out. The drive line I take to mean the PTO shaft and the U joints at either end. The PTO ends at the slip clutch which connects to the gearbox. I have traced every inch of this drive system and have no clue what they are talking about. I hate to think I have not greased something that needs to be greased.

Maybe it is the overlapping sections of the driveline ? Jay :)

pitt_md,

You're correct, they're talking about the sliding surfaces of the PTO shaft, and the u-joints.

Thanks,
I am one of those people that can't let things like that go until I get the facts.
