Price Check Help with a price check 4120

I had a quote given for a 4120 today with the loader. Anyone that knows, please help me understand if this is a good / fair price. This seems a bit high to me, but it just feels high. I don't know if it is high. Someone, please let me know.

400X Loader with HD bucket: $4,077
Total: $25,010

4120 Tractor with eHydro, R4 Tires: $21,980
400X Loader: $4,077
Total: $26,057
