I just bought a used 4320 today. Traded my L4610 KUBOTA . The dealer didn't have the operators manual so I need help switching on load match on tractor. When running the tiller it will not slow down automatically when it hits tough spot when I have cruise on. I have only one switch on the right side of me. No other speed control switches are on dash. I understand they did away with load match switch on newer models.

"Using LoadMatch (eHydro)
LoadMatch enables the operator to prevent the engine stalling during heavy load applications such as operating with a loader. This feature is turned on and off using the display mode switch
1. Turn key switch to ON position.
2. No error codes should be displayed. If any errors are displayed, activate the display mode switch (A) to acknowledge the error.
3. Press and hold the display mode switch (A) until the display reads “rELEAS”.
4. The last edited command will display, either Coast or Load.
5. If Load is not displayed, use left or right turn signals to select the Load command.
6. Activate the display mode switch (A) to edit the LoadMatch setting.
7. The LCD (B) will display the last setting for LoadMatch, either On or Off.
8. Activate the left or right turn signals (C) to turn LoadMatch On or Off.
9. When the desired setting is displayed, activate the display mode switch (A) to store the setting.
10. The LCD (B) will flash the entered command twice and then change to the normal mode."

I am curious about exactly what you are expecting it to do. I do quite a bit of tilling with my 4520 and 673 tiller and find that in tough ground the tiller will raise up a few inches but doesn't slow down in ground speed. That is using a forward rotation tiller and economy pto for most jobs.
I tend to keep an eye on the tailgate of the tiller to determine how deep it is working and can adjust the travel speed to match conditions. Travel speed can vary greatly depending on conditions and what kind of results I am trying to get. Ground speed can be as low as .6 to as high as 1.8 mph so far when making a second pass. I would add that a good average has been 1 mph if I had to guess and this is determined by the tillage depth I get not because of engine loading.
If you use your fel and push into a pile you can get a much better demonstration of the load match feature. You may also be able to add the upgraded cruise load match switches to your tractor if available. This is a quick change out of the existing cruise switch to a new set of two or three switches and is plug and play, I installed these when I set up the 4520 initially back in 2009. Cost was about $100 IIRC.

First of all thanks for you help I was able to switch on load match and it does work now. Before it would let engine bog down quite a bit and would have to lift tiller out of the ground to help it recover. Now it decreases ground speed to match the load. Very handy for tilling.
I am using a Land Pride 2570 Reverse tine tiller 70". My speed on hard dry (tilled last week) piece was 2.2 mile per hour and had a bunch of times where load match did kick in. I will post some pictures when I get a chance.

When I do second pass with land pride reverse tiller I can easily hit the 2.2mph mark. I was even moving at 2.5-3 mph today on some already tilled weed patch

It's a part of my shelter belt that for some reason can't grow grass. It gets drowned out ever so often but only weeds grow. Even my trees don't make it
