Help on JD 420 Inside Bucket Width

My JD 4300 has a 420 FEL with a 61" outside width bucket. I need to know the inside width at the lip to order a tooth bar. The tractor is 500 miles South, and I am not close to a dealer.

I would very much appreciate it if anyone with a convenient 420 FEL could help me out with the inside width. My guess is that it is about 60.75", but I cant remember if there is any interior bracing at the lip.

I think its closer to 60.5". You may also need the cutting edge metal thickness. I know I did when I bought my toothbar.

Thank you very much. I am getting my bar from Carver, and the only thing they said that they needed from me was the inside width. The information that I have read on the Carver bar said that it would not fit a bucket with a bolt-on cutting bar, so I suppose they assume a nominal thickness for the cutting edge. Just in case, if you recall the thickness of the cutting edge it might be nice to have.

Doh... silly me. Why don't you call the JD dealer and ask him to get you the measurements? Or just stop by and measure yourself. I have a 410 loader with a 61" bucket and I believe it is the same one. Not a 100% sure, but I bet it is.
