Oil & Fuel Help NO FUEL from injection pump

My L295DT ran great. Then I decided to repair 2 fuel leaks at the o-ring seal on the fuel delivery valve. Replaced all 3 o-rings and the copper washers at the barrel as well. NO more leaks, but now, I can't get enough fuel or pressure to my injectors. Plenty of fuel to the valve, but little to none coming out to the line. Bled all the air out of the system getting a little fuel up to the injectors but not enough and it runs like manure.

Is there some trick to reinstalling the delivery valve assembly on this injection pump?? Checked everything and cleaned everything and I am really good at re-assembling now!
