Kioti CX 2510
We just received our 1st tractor ever. New and did not get an operator manual for the backhoe. Dealer said Kioti did not send them with the order. Meanwhile I cannot get the stabilizer locks off or the boom lock. The swing lock was easy. Also not sure about why the clutch has a clip to lock it, but it seems to be related. As well... what do I set the levers on the right of the main drivers seat to... A or B? And the 1-10... what is that? What RPM's to run the backhoe? I did finally get power to the backhoe but was unable to unlock anything except the swing lock and now I can't relock it for travel to use the front loader because the holes don't line up now. Bit frustrating. I have scoured the web for days trying to find any info and or videos. The dealer said to lift the stabilizers and then unlock, but that doesn't seem to work and I am uncomfortable trying to force things with my hands...lot of crush warning decals! And the boom lock too... So I hope someone can help.
Thanks!

Sounds to me like you really need some in-person coaching from someone that's familiar with equipment. It would be very easy to hurt yourself or someone else unless you know what you're doing, and frankly, your questions suggest you have very little knowledge or experience.

I'm too concerned with your safety and not tearing up your equipment to try to answer your questions.

Be safe.

Thank you for your reply and I would add that I simply would like the answers to the simple questions asked. I am an experienced landscaper and am enjoying the front loader. I do not have experience with the backhoe. This is true. We do live remote and it is not practical or possible to get a personal tutorial.
I am 62 years old and live off grid, run dangerous equipment frequently. This is why I posted my thread... to get some help from someone with experience.

I just bought a lightly used ck3510 TLB setup, so I have the larger KB2475L. I also did not get any manual.

For the main boom lock on mine, I found it was impossible to disengage unless I first pulled the boom back a bit using the hydraulic control lever. In general, you can't disengage these locks when there is pressure/weight on them. Use the hydraulic cylinders to alleviate this pressure and they should all come free easy enough.

As for the A-B lever, I think you are talking about controlling your hydraulic remote valves. You will only be using one set for the backhoe, put that one to the rear of the tractor (I believe). If the backhoe is working, you did it right. But leave the other valve control alone (in the middle). The 1-10 is the 3-pt hitch height control, nothing to do with the backhoe.

No offense but it sounds like you are a bit out of your depth here. You really do need a good in-person lesson, like CH4 said. Be careful!

Here's a previous thread that might help too.

Oh and your clutch pedal lock has nothing to do with a backhoe. That's just to protect the clutch if you store the tractor for a long period of time.

READ YOUR OWNERS MANUAL. TWICE.

Thank you for the manual link. I appreciate it. Just what I needed. We have to go take a trip down near where the dealer is and will check in with them re:in person tutorial. Hopefully they will have time. I have over 1/2 mile ROW dirt road in rough shape to catch up/maintain and 62 acres to work. This will be a big help. And winter is coming....
And thanks to deezler for the specific answers.

I have the same set-up. And had the same problem. My dealer (near Middletown, NY) just dropped the machine at my house and said "Read the manuals", which are almost useless. [I'm in PA now and my dealer is good]

My tractor is set-up so the lever in the B position provides power to the hoe. And mine is set up so the A-B lever supplied hydulic pressure to the two quick connects at the rear. A supplies pressure to one connector, B supplies pressure to the other. I bought a cylinder to replace one lift arm and connect it to the QCs so I have adjustable lift/tilt for 3 pt operation. Makes it easier to grade the driveway and maintain a crown.

I also have a 1/3rd mile gravel ROW to maintain. The other user of the ROW is a retired farmer so he's taught me a lot. To maintain a dirt/gravel driveway you are going to need a 3 pt rear blade and maybe a box blade. Try to do the grading after a good rain. It will grade easier with less dust and pack better.

I got a Paladin Offset Blades | Paladin Attachments rear blade. It was a good price, it offsets and is good for grading and snow plowing. I bought a TSC 5' box blade. It's good for scraping and grading and moving material.

Can also help to post pics of your bits in question. For me my how is locked with pins. In order to get my boom pin in and out I literally need to push against a tree to get pin free. Maybe newer machines have latches now versus pins.
