s219 gave you some good direction and there is also an older post on the forum somewhere that is an excellent explanation of the quarter inching system and how to make adjustments to it. When I find it I will post the link in this thread.

Also, the 3 pt can get hard to control due to some binding at the feed back lever. I recommend putting a little grease on the feed back lever where it passes through the feed back pin to prevent this. Doing this really smoothed mine out. See pics.

Thanks McREBEL for the video link. A video is worth a thousand words. Still not going to be quite the touch of a position control lever but much better now that I grasp how to do it. Looks like I am not alone with a learning curve on the 3 point lever control :) I appreciate all the info and many thanks to all. This is a great place to get info explained better than the dealer did even!
