I am thinking about selling one of my trailers, as I have more trailers than need right now and would like to sell one which I rarely use. I have an 18' Copper River Fabricators low boy utility trailer that sees very little use. While I have used it and it is not new, it is in pristine shape. The tires are good, it has brakes on both axles and has tandem Dexter 5K axles. It also comes stock with a cargo box for items, etc. which is a nice feature. I know how much I paid new for the trailer, but I don't know how much sitting for eight months not being used affects its resale. Any thoughts on how much I should discount when selling would be welcome.

Thanks.

I would price it in line with what they are selling for in you area. Look at Craigs List and Ebay to get a idea. I can tell you if you have had it for any time its worth about what you paid for it since the prices really went up after about 2004. Pictures are always helpful.

Pictures would help. I bought a 7k trailer about a year ago, and it was a little over $2000. I would guess your would be worth some where between $2000 and $2500. It also may depend on your area, region can make a difference.
