OK, I have a locksmith coming out Monday (he offered to come tomorrow - Sunday). It will cost about $150, because he has to make two separate keys, one for the door and one for the ignition. He after the keys are made he can then make a key that has one superimposed on the other, so they work both the door and the ignition. The factory key does that.
I'm sure we will find the old key next week.
A little pricey, but can't be avoided I guess.
