HELP. IH b414 fuel problem

Hi I have a international b414, it has a cav Injection pump, it has been sitting a few years and I recently bought IT. I can prime it with the hand pump and get fuel pressure to the bleeders on the pump but even when pulling it and popping the clutch I have pressure to the bleeders but nothing to the fuel line ports on the pump. I have removed and cleaned the ports, nipples on the pump and the filter and rear cover plate. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Your glowplugs is in working order ?
Did you test them ?

Choke pushed back in ?
Meteringvalve in inj pump sticky ?

If you have fuel TO the inj. pump & nothing out.. its obviously the inj. pump..
The metering valve is stuck.. just google it.. BUT if u get the mv free & it STILL wont pump, the pumping plungers in the head are stuck..
Not a lot u can do about that.. pump needs to come off & torn down.
